If you would like to cancel an order please send an email to info@WaterWedgie.com as soon as possible. Usually we are unable to stop the shipment (especially if its dropped shipped from a manufacturer or distributor)and you will be responsible for all shipping costs to you and back to us.
We will try to do a UPS Redirect to catch the package and get it shipped back to us in an effort to reduce shipping costs. If this is required and is successful you will be responsible for a Minimum $20.00 redirect charge (or more depending on the circumstances)which you agree will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note there is a delay of up to 2 business days from the time a package ships until we email you a tracking number so, if you cancel your order even 15 minutes after your order we may not be able to stop the order. Next, if the redirect doesn't work (many times it does not), please try to refuse the shipment when it arrives even going to the point of posting a note easily visible for the delivery person that you want to refuse the shipment with the tracking number on the note.
If that does not work and you receive the shipment please do not open the box. Please ship it back to us. You will be responsible for all shipping costs and you agree they will be deducted from your refund. We will give a full refund for the price of the product once it is received in a unopened undamaged condition.
Water Wedgie makes every effort to ship as quickly as possible. There have been many occasions where we receive an order & print a shipping label when the UPS truck is loading our shipment. It could be on the truck going to you within minutes of your order!!!!
Some of our warehouses stack all the orders for the day for pickup and your order could be located within a large stack of boxes. We do not have the ability to search & retrieve your order if this is the case.
You would be responsible for all shipping and redirect charges which would be deducted from your refund.
